CK99 Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Online Gaming Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility & Registration

Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be permanently closed, all winnings forfeited, and the original deposit amount returned to the registered payment method.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Operating multiple accounts – whether using the same or different personal details – is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If ck99 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts except the original may be closed, bonuses cancelled, and any funds obtained through the multi-accounting may be voided.

2.3 Registration Information

When registering on ck99, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your real name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You must notify ck99 promptly if any of your registration details change. CK99 may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided during registration.

2.4 Prohibited Jurisdictions

CK99 is designed for players accessing from Pakistan. Players attempting to access ck99 from jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted or prohibited by local law are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local regulations. CK99 makes no representation that the service is lawful in any jurisdiction outside of its intended coverage area.

• You may not register on ck99 on behalf of another person.
• You may not use a VPN or proxy to misrepresent your location to access ck99 from a restricted jurisdiction.
• CK99 reserves the right to close any account where registration details are found to be false or misleading.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Security of Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck99 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. CK99 will never contact you to ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ck99 immediately at support@ck99.world and change your password.

3.2 Responsibility for Account Activity

All activity on your ck99 account – including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested – is your responsibility. CK99 cannot be held liable for losses arising from the unauthorised use of your account if you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.3 Account Verification

CK99 may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

CK99 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are currently supported on ck99:

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on ck99 is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. CK99 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees which are outside ck99's control.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are credited to your ck99 account instantly. IBFT deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank's processing times. Card deposits typically credit within 2–5 minutes. If a deposit does not appear in your ck99 account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Deposit Ownership

You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. CK99 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is made from a payment method not registered to the account holder's name, ck99 reserves the right to hold the funds pending verification and may return the deposit if ownership cannot be confirmed.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal from your ck99 account, you must have completed the account verification process (KYC). Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will be held pending verification. CK99 may also require that a minimum wagering activity has occurred on the account before a withdrawal is processed, particularly where welcome bonuses have been claimed.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods & Processing Times

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Processing times on ck99 are as follows:

• IBFT bank transfer: 1–4 hours depending on your receiving bank
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on issuing bank

5.3 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal on ck99 is Rs 500. There is no daily maximum withdrawal for standard verified accounts. High-value withdrawals may require additional verification. CK99 does not charge any fees on withdrawals. All amounts are paid in full in PKR.

5.4 Withdrawal Refusal

CK99 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal in cases of suspected fraud, incomplete KYC verification, breach of these Terms, pending bonus wagering requirements, or technical issues affecting payment processing. In all such cases, ck99 will notify the player and explain the reason for the delay or refusal.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

All bonuses and promotions offered on ck99 are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. General eligibility conditions apply: you must be a registered, verified account holder on ck99 aged 18 or over, and you must not have an active self-exclusion in place. Each promotional offer will specify which player categories are eligible – some offers are available only to new players, some only to existing players, and some may be restricted to specific games on ck99.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on ck99 carry a wagering requirement – a specified number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. 6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses on ck99 carry an expiry date, typically 7 or 30 days from the date of issue depending on the specific promotion. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the validity period will be automatically removed from your account. CK99 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

7. Fair Gaming & RNG

4. Engaging in any form of collusion with other players on ck99
5. Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or malfunctions in games for financial gain on ck99
6. Depositing funds obtained through fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
7. Using a payment method not registered in your own name to deposit on ck99
8. Attempting to access ck99 in a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by local law
9. Engaging in any form of bonus abuse as described in Section 6.3
10. Harassing, threatening, or abusing ck99 staff or other players in any communication channel
11. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any ck99 software
12. Placing bets on games the outcome of which you have advance knowledge of, whether through inside information or technical exploitation

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ck99 platform – including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, text, logos, software, game content, audio, and video – is the intellectual property of CK99 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the ck99 platform solely for your personal entertainment. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from ck99 without explicit written permission from ck99.

Game content including visual and audio elements is owned by the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, NetEnt, Spribe, etc.) and is used by ck99 under licence. Any reproduction or distribution of game content outside of the ck99 platform is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

CK99's total aggregate liability to any player for any claims arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Responsible Gaming

CK99 is committed to responsible gaming and player protection. We believe that online gaming should be entertaining and enjoyable, not a source of financial stress or harm. 12. Account Closure

12.1 Closure by Player

You may close your ck99 account at any time by contacting support at support@ck99.world. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method. Any remaining balance in your ck99 account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being satisfied.

12.2 Closure by CK99

CK99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested
• Providing false registration information
• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 8
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months

Where an account is closed by ck99 due to a breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to void any outstanding bonuses and, where fraud or abuse is confirmed, winnings generated through that conduct.

13. Changes to These Terms

CK99 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ck99 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the ck99 platform. The updated Terms will display the revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of ck99 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in force at the time of the dispute. CK99 operates with a commitment to fair resolution of all player disputes.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your ck99 account or any transaction on the platform, please follow the procedure below:

1. Contact Support First: Email support@ck99.world with a clear description of your complaint, your account username, and any supporting evidence. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.
2. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may escalate your complaint to our senior disputes team by including "FORMAL COMPLAINT" in your subject line. Escalated complaints will receive a written response within 10 business days.
3. Final Decision: CK99's written decision on escalated complaints constitutes our final position on the matter. Players who remain dissatisfied after this process may pursue any remedy available to them under applicable law.
